I am currently recruiting for a Scrum Master to join a successful organisation based on Stratford upon Avon. As an IT Scrum Master, you will be responsible for managing the full sprint process following the Agile software delivery methodology. You will be required to plan and agree sprint deliverables, working closely with the business and in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

The Scrum Master will manage the full Sprint process within the Agile Methodology through the Scrum team; Lead and support the Scrum team using appropriate IT expertise in order to verify the IT deliverables are in line with IT quality standards, best practice within the control framework and the general Agile framework. You will lead all of the respective Sprint meetings aligned to the Agile methodology including Estimations, Planning, daily Scrums and retrospectives and Support resources effectively through the Sprint process to ensure that resources have everything needed to deliver against the Sprint plan.

The Scrum Master will establish and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and outsourced service providers to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of activities. It is essential that you are able to work closely with the business community at all levels of the organisation to understand their goals and issues. Desirable: - Scrum Master Accreditation, relevant professional or technical training or qualification or equivalent industry experience; a fundamental understanding of Azure Cloud; Knowledge of agile methodology and techniques is preferred and basic knowledge of the software development lifecycle.
