Job Title: Scrum Master (Development)

Location:Fully Remote (UK/Europe), Southampton (HQ), London (Satellite Office)

Salary:£50,000 - £60,000

Our SaaS product AXP continues to gain momentum within the luxury hospitality tech space. We are the only platform combining messaging with concierge, enabling contactless communication and trip planning to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

We are seeking someone to manage the scrum practices and execute our company’s vision for the Alliants Hospitality SaaS Product ‘Alliants Experience Platform’

Primary Responsibilities
  • To work with the development team to improve sustainable velocity through the adoption of Scrum practises
  • Responsible for running all scrum ceremonies
  • Create and maintain the product backlog working closely with the VP of Product and product steering committee
  • To translate product vision and capture it into detailed developer stories and tickets
  • Provide direction, leadership and support to the development team
  • Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
  • Product documentation, ensure all features are properly documented and maintained with releases
  • Effective release management to ensure seamless communication for internal stakeholders and customers
Technical Skills
  • Running effective internal ceremonies
  • Able to interpret and understand complex API solutions
  • Excellent at writing tickets for project and product documentation
Commercial Experience
  • Extensive experience working with a development team (any development languages)
  • Experience in a scrum master role
  • Familiarity with software development
  • Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
