SCRUM MASTERS

This market leading solutions business are seeking your skillset. The Scrum Master will play a pivotal role in delivery of changes to production, development, or configuration to end users while championing a project, providing guidance to the team, and ensuring all agile practices are followed by team members.

Responsibilities Of a Scrum Master Include
  • Manage all aspects and areas of the full development life cycle; Requirements gathering from Feature to User specification; Architecture; Construction; Configuration; Design; Testing; Debugging; Deployment; Maintenance.
  • Leading on scrum rituals including Planning, Stand-ups, Demonstrations and Retrospectives.
  • Guides and coaches the Scrum Team on how to use Agile practices and principles to deliver high quality products and services to our customers.
  • Gets a team to a high performing level by recognizing areas of strength and improvement and employing appropriate coaching and development techniques.
  • Responsible for ensuring Scrum is understood and the team adheres to Scrum theory, practice, and guidelines.
ROLE- Scrum Master

SALARY- GBP40,000- GBP50,000

LOCATION- Nottingham
