About YouAs a Scrum Master you are a true coach and mentor who can help the self-organising scrum teams unlock their greatest potential and guide the scrum teams and our organisation on our journey to become the best we can be. As a Scrum Master, you will always be focused on your own personal growth and will strive to learn, share and coach others in the business.The RoleYou’ll join a team of Scrum Masters that work closely together, within Scrum teams and with the wider business to:Help teams understand the why, not just the how of ScrumFoster an Agile culture and Agile practices within teamsFocus on delivering stakeholder value while ensuring team wellbeingHelp teams transition through key phases of team developmentExperiment with other approaches (e.g. Kanban, Lean) to adapt to the needs of the customers and types of workMaintain and grow our Agile Community Help the company adapt to meet its vision and missionThe questions keeping us awake at night that you will help answer:Scrum TeamsWith a continued need for remote working, how do we best establish & build our new teams?How do we scale up our teams to best deliver our products as we grow?How do we nurture our graduates’ mindset to develop and achieve the best in their career?How do we show our scrum teams a view of how our software is used in the real world?How can we create an experimentation culture?Product OwnerHow do we shorten the feedback loops internally and between us and our customers? How can we make sure that we are always working on the most valuable items?How do we maximise the amount of work not done?We’re trying new ways of being innovative (such as using design sprints); how else can we innovate?OrganisationOur agile transformation is a journey, rather than a destination, how do we continue to spread the agile mindset to every part of our business?We are a great agile organisation to work for (trust us!), how do we best promote this externally?Communities have started to cascade across the business, how do we make them flourish, particularly remotely?We are making great progress, but how do we measure success?
