We are currently looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Screen Printer/Trainee.

As a Screen Printer/Trainee, you will be involved in every step of the printing process. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing screens, mixing inks, setting up and operating screen printing machines, and performing quality checks on finished products. Whether you’re experienced or new to the field, we provide a supportive environment where you can hone your skills and grow professionally.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare screens for printing, including coating, burning, and washing out screens.
  • Mix and match inks according to customer specifications.
  • Set up and operate screen printing machines.
  • Conduct quality control throughout the printing process.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure the accuracy of prints.
  • Learn and apply new techniques in screen printing.

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good colour vision and the ability to distinguish colour variations.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Prior experience in screen printing is a plus, but not required.
