About The Role – Science Teacher

The successful Science Teacher will hold UK QTS, a relevant degree, and the ability to ignite a passion for Science within all students. You will be required to teach Chemistry Teacher to eager to learn KS3-KS5 students. The school are ideally looking for a Chemistry Teacher with experience teaching in UK schools, experience teaching in London schools is advantageous but not essential.

This mainstream co-educational secondary school is in Sutton (South London) and caters for students aged 11-19. It is a thriving Secondary school, judged as ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted. Examination results show the students excellent progress (Summer 2016: 74% 5+ A*-C at GCSE, 63% graded B or higher at A level and vocational level 3). The School have a high number of students who choose to stay on in the sixth form whilst others secure appropriate courses or apprenticeships with a vocational focus.
