Are you a talented school administrator currently seeking a new opportunity in Dudley for April 2022?

Aspire People are the busiest we have ever been! I am currently working with a high number of schools in Dudley who are looking for a experienced school administrators to join their administration teams. The jobs we have are to start as soon as possible and are a mixture of short term, long term and temp to perm opportunities. You must be willing to work on a temporary basis and be readily available for work or approaching the end of a contract.
If you have experience working within school administration then this will be advantageous, however if you do have a strong background within administration then you will be considered.

Duties will include:

« Carry out administration duties efficiently
« Line manage administrators in the absence of office manager
« Welcome visitors and parents, ensuring they are signed in according to the school’s safeguarding policies
« Ensure the smooth running of the reception area
« Type letters and memos
« Carry out tasks asked of you by the office manager
