LOCATION: Devon

SALARY: £11-14.90paye

DURATION:12 weeks

HOURS: full time and part time on offer

Are you a proactive sheltered housing management worker with a good background in overseeing dispersed schemes? If so, a leading Housing Association in Devon wants to hear from you!

Working with a very experienced and approachable team this is great opportunity for someone with a great housing management background and is a confident, self-starting, lone worker!

Some Day To Day Duties Will Include
  • Oversee dispersed schemes across Totnes, Salcombe, Paignton and South Brent areas
  • Responsible for housing management and the upkeep of communal areas
  • Tenancy management and dealing with ASB.
  • Void turnover and re lets.
  • Liaise with contractors.
  • Be on hand for emotional support.
  • Signpost residents to other services
  • Respond to alarm calls.
  • Complete regular health and safety checks / fire alarm checks .
