Salary: £36,867 pa

Hours: 40 per a week (agile working arrangements in place)

This role will help us to do this by managing the planner function and general administration of Irwell Valley’s homes team.

In this role, you will be responsible for

  • Oversee daily planning across Responsive Repairs, Gas Servicing/Repairs & Empty Homes.
  • Oversee contractor invoices and section 11 disrepair works
  • Directly manage a team of 6 current Planners and 2 administrators across all functions.
  • Provide full oversight of the Gas Compliance Servicing programme.
  • Be able to assist scheduling for all functions, where required.
  • Provide weekly reports to the Homes Team Operations Manager.
  • Provide support where required to ensure swift complaints resolutions.
  • Collate information and ensure that all Out of Hours repairs are signed off accordingly.

We need people who are / have

  • A great track record of delivering a Planner function within a Repairs environment
  • Experience of prioritising issues and directing/delegating work to colleagues
  • Held a client facing role and previous involvement with dealing with members of the public
  • Evidence of performance monitoring
  • Hold great IT abilities
