About The Role

Our Saturday Customer Service Assistant role is a great opportunity for someone who either is looking for their first job or to have a rewarding and challenging position that fits around your lifestyle and commitments. Working in our branch, youll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by talking to our customers and dealing with their queries.

Youll accurately manage customer transactions such as deposits, withdrawals and paying bills, by operating the till and handling money. Its important you understand and comply with all the appropriate legislation and codes of practice, and keep your knowledge up to date on our products and services. Following security and Data Protection procedures is a must to ensure we protect our customers.

Youll be part of a supportive team in our Wolverhampton branch serving members every Saturday. There are also lots of opportunities for overtime if you want. Many of our Saturday Customer Service Assistants support us between Monday -Friday during our busier periods when its convenient for them to do so.

About You

To be successful you’ll have a positive, personable attitude and excellent communication skills. Were looking for someone who has the confidence to engage with a diverse variety of people, who is customer focused and has the ability to beaccurate and deal with our customers transactions.

Youll be available to work every Saturday between 8.45am and 2.30pm. Whilst we appreciate youre applying for a Saturday role, from time to time, we may ask if youre able to cover extra hours across the week during our busiest times including March-May and other holiday periods.
