Our vision is to leverage the incredible potential of technology to build vehicles that not only offer a premium, all-encompassing digital experience, but that also make our customers lives better.What To ExpectAs Solutions Lead – HR-Success Factors, you will have the opportunity to provide business process enablement advice and knowledge, and SAP Solution Leadership within the SAP CoE (Centre of Excellence). The majority of your work will be on the key Success Factors process chain and the primary integration points.We will need you to provide the business with guidance during periods of change to ensure all new developments build on the existing JLR SAP procure to pay templates/solutions. This includes investigating new and emerging SAP solutions as well as being involved in Solution Design Authority meetings for running and project changes, providing process and design guidance and approval as necessary.What You’ll NeedExperience of leading a minimum of three Project lifecycles in solution architect or lead functional consultant roles on a major SAP project or programme. It is essential to the role that you’ll have the ability to conceptualise and communicate complex topics to senior stakeholders in a clear and precise manner. In this role you’ll have the ability to work under your own initiative and to tight deadlines planning, prioritising and controlling yourself, and your team in.
  • Acting as the subject matter expert to projects on SAP HXM – Success Factors aspects and capability and what the art of the possible is within the modules.
  • Acting as the liaison between the customer community and the IT teams regards SAP capability. - Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyse trade-offs between usability, functionality and performance needs in the creation of a overall solution.
  • Managing small changes, including development of Functional specs to support RICEFW developments.
  • SAP S4 HANA Experience
  • Agile delivery/ Dev-ops experience
