This is a managerial role within the SAP CoE team, and you will get to work closely with key stakeholders to optimize the use of SAP Employee Central, ensuring it aligns with the company’s strategic objectives and delivers tangible business value.Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive SAP Employee Central strategy that supports JLR’s financial and operational goals.
  • Lead the planning, implementation, and integration of SAP Employee Central solutions across the organization, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Provide expertise and guidance on SAP Employee Central best practices, including People/Organisation management, Absence management, Business rules and Workflows.
  • Manage and mentor a team of SAP Employee Central specialists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for SAP Employee Central-related escalations, providing timely and effective resolution.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to SAP Employee Central usage, and develop action plans to address areas of concern.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance user adoption and proficiency in SAP Employee Central.
  • Stay current with SAP Employee Central updates, enhancements, and industry trends to ensure Jaguar Land Rover’s solution remains best-in-class.
What You’ll Need
  • Experience in SAP Employee Central implementation and management, with a focus on expense management, travel management, and invoice automation.
  • Proven track record of leading successful SAP Employee Central projects and managing cross-functional teams.
  • In-depth understanding of SAP Employee Central configuration, integration, and reporting capabilities.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to identify trends and develop data-driven recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • SAP Employee Central certification(s) will be an advantage,
  • Act as the subject matter expert to projects on SAP HXM – Employee Central aspects and capability and what the art of the possible is within the modules.
  • Act as the liaison between the customer community and the IT teams regards SAP capability. - Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyse trade-offs between usability, functionality and performance needs in the creation of a overall solution.
  • Manage small changes, including development of Functional specs to support RICEFW developments.
  • SAP S4 HANA Experience
  • Agile delivery/ Dev-ops experience
