We are currently looking to recruit a permanent SAP Administrator for our Bardon depot.


Shifts: 0600-1400, 1400-2200 Rotating

Salary: £10.25ph


Job Description


To provide administration for the Receipting and Reconciliation of Stock Movements through the use of ‘SAP’ and various other Warehouse/Production Management Systems.

  • Receipting and reconciliation through the use of ‘SAP’ and various Warehouse/Production Management Systems
  • Processing system transactions to correct stock balances
  • Systems entry of Stock movements with regards to customer and IPS stock accuracy.
  • Reconcile inbound or outbound case discrepancies across various systems.
  • Investigating discrepancies and processing dispute procedures
  • Investigating outstanding, incoming, outside and missing pallets
  • Recording and escalating internal and external non-conformances
  • General administration paperwork filing
  • Other duties as reasonably required
  • Inspecting floors daily and physically checking stock as required
  • Reconciling goods inbound and outbound report

  • Build and maintain good working relationships with internal and external customers.


Qualifications
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
  • PC literate and experience in MS Excel
  • Ability to solve problems methodically and actively seek resolutions
  • Pro-active and adaptable approach
  • Self-starter, ability to work using own initiative
  • Conscientious and reliable
  • Able to manage own work load effectively and prioritise
  • Organised, clean and tidy approach to work
