Your New Role:

As our new Sanitation Team Member this extremely important role is all about cleanliness, safety and organisation which supports the success of the site. Working in a team you will be accountable for the following:

  • You will ensure the factory runs smoothly by making sure everything is clean, tidy, safe and hygienic
  • You’ll work efficiently as part of a large team and being able to work and meet time scales
  • Actively adhere to our health and safety and food safety processes
  • Assist the Production Manager and other Team Members with planning our equipment levels
  • Understand the production plan and what responsibilities you will have on each shift
  • Follow COSHH guidelines at all times
  • Able to work in a fast pace environment and meeting deadlines
  • Willing to support other areas within the factory when the business needs
  • Be a Krispy Kreme Brand Ambassador

What we look for:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Highly organised and has the ability to multi task
  • Ideally have worked in a fast paced, food service or preparation environment
  • Ability to create a fun and engaging working environment
  • Ability to work to company brand standards and lead by example to encourage your team to do the same
  • Experience in operating machinery, equipment or processes within a manufacturing environment is desirable however, training will be given
