Job Description

We’re looking for passionate and dedicated Brand Ambassadors to work for CPM representing Global technology leader Samsung. If you have strong communication skills, confidence to deliver an excellent customer experience and have a natural ability to communicate with people at all levels, we want to hear from you!
£600+ per month for just 14.5hrs per week + up to 20% sales target bonus!

14.5 Hours Per Week

Thursday: 1 hour weekly Team update call (after 5pm)
Saturday 9 hours
Sunday 5.5 hours
(Working hours between 09:00-19.00)

The Role

Working for CPM as a Brand Ambassador, you will be part of the Samsung Field Sales Team and the product expert for Samsung Home Appliances. You’ll be seen as an extension of the in-store sales team, working alongside them to drive sales and advocacy for Samsung, and ultimately ensuring Samsung is at the forefront of their minds. You’ll have the presence to proactively build relationships at all levels in store, increasing product knowledge and brand awareness amongst your retail partner colleagues.
You will be engaging with customers, providing them with a memorable and excellent customer experience. You will ask questions and listen to fully understand their needs and suggest appropriate Samsung products to meet these needs.
You would be great for this Brand Ambassador role if:
  • You are a strong communicator and listener, able to build relationships with people at all levels and communicate clearly
  • You’re persuasive, with the desire to develop a career in sales whilst keeping the customer at the core of everything you do.
  • Confident in your ability to find the right solution to meet your customers’ needs
  • Able to gain trust and build relationships effectively and swiftly
  • Thrive from working in a fast paced and sales driven environment
  • Tenacious and target orientated
