Beauty Salon Receptionist
Job Brief

Salon receptionist will be the first point of contact for the client therefore you must have a warm welcoming demeanour and be able to deal with our clients enquiries regarding our beauty services. You must be highly organised and able to mange clients with grace, even during peak demand.

Responsibilities

  • Managing timings at the studio and working with staff and clients
  • The role involves meeting and greeting various clients throughout the day, and managing our studio diary effectively with timings and ensuring the smooth running of the day.
  • Managing the phones and the studio diary system
  • You will be working with the general public so it’s very important to have a friendly and reassuring manor whilst working with our clients.
  • Assist therapists in-between clients ensuring rooms are presentable and clean.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a receptionist or similar role
  • Hands on experience with offie equipment, like printers and POS systems
  • Familiarity of processing transactions
  • Excellent communication abilities (verbal, phone & email) with a customer service attitude
  • Solid organisation and record keeping skills
  • An ability to remain calm under stressful circumstances
  • High school qualifications.
