  • Partners receive a 70% commission split
  • Based on selling 2 -3 properties per month the annual turnover would be £67,000 - £100,000
  • Business overheads come to £400 - £700 per month (depending on how many properties are completed)
  • Business overheads include access to Rightmove, Zoopla, and On the Market. Acaboom, sales chasing, use of company branding, CRM system, marketing resources, and weekly blog posts (worth a total of £4,500 per month).
