Your duties

You will be leading, coaching and guiding your team through the day to day delivery of success on behalf of Embrace CX and our clients. You will be leading from the front, ensuring that your team recieve all of the coaching, support and guidance that they require on a daily basis to achieve success in everything that they do.

Experience

Previous experience within a similar role is preferential, must be able to hit the ground running and want to make a difference. You must be well versed in leading teams of up to 20 within a similar setting. An understanding of telecommunications, the energy market or outsourcing would be advantageous. Empathy, understanding and the ability to provide an adaptive & inclusive approach will be key to this role.

Pay

£25,000+ starting salary

Working Hours

Full time (Minimum of 40 hours per week)

Operational Hours: Mon - Fri (08:30 - 18:00) *Shifts to fall within these hours*

Start date – Immediate

Full training provided by our internal team and our client

Where will I be based?

Office based – must be able to commute to North End area (Portsmouth & surrounding area)
