About the role Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and customer growth for the corporate network. You will ensure that all KPI and Revenue targets are met and be responsible for driving performance by managing a team of Sales advisors to meet and exceed targets, whilst contributing to the overall performance and day to day running of the department. You will need to be passionate about the Customer Journey and the quality of work that you and your team deliver by being self-motivated to achieve and exceed your goals at every opportunity. About you Do you have:

  • Ability to performance manage and coach your team
  • Commercial awareness

  • Qualifications in Sales and Marketing
