Sales Team Leader

What will you be doing?

Reporting to and taking strategic direction from the Sales Manager, you will act as a mentor and lead the Business Development Managers to deliver departmental targets and to assist the wider business to achieve quality objectives and business goals.

• Be aware of customer politics, company and departmental objectives, targets and assist in the delivery of those targets.
• Support the sales model, workload and workflow management, collective ideas, and suggested solutions.
• Provide commercial and analytical support to the Sales Team to track and achieve the sales plan whilst ensuring a robust handover into Operations and Technical to deliver a collaborative outcome.

• Proven track record of delivering a successful and consecutive sales plan.
• Solid business acumen and commercial knowledge.
• Risk aware and capable of interpreting contractual language.
• Analytical approach to customer and team management.
• Able to organise time, prioritise workload and ability to multitask under pressure.
• Proficient utilising Microsoft packages.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485 preferred but not essential.
• Full and clean driving license preferred but not essential.
