A rewarding career

That’s why we’re offering a salary of up to £40,000 depending on experience + commission. On top of that, you’ll be able to enjoy plenty of benefits like 25 days’ holiday, a day off on your birthday, a day off to support a charity or organisation of your choice, a performance-related bonus scheme, and private healthcare to name just a few.

How can you change it up?

Our Sales team are vital in helping us to connect more homes, businesses and communities across the UK to our powerful Full Fibre infrastructure.

You’ll be driving and supporting our Account Executives who sit in the Channel Partners team to efficiently execute all transactional sales, Salesforce and administrative activities, ultimately helping us to drive sustained growth. Day to day, you can expect to be doing things like:
  • Recording and improving inbound and outbound activity volumes to make sure we maintain regular contact with our partner base
  • Closely monitoring team performance to identify development areas
  • Using call monitoring tools to coach the team in effective product selling methods
  • Handling first line sales escalations
  • Monitoring churn volumes to ensure that the sales team are addressing high cease rates, developing retention strategies as needed
  • Allocating new partner and end user leads to the Account Executives

This is a chance for you to use your skills and experience to lead and inspire a team, drive results and make an impact from day one.

You’ll bring some of the following with you to CityFibre:
  • Line management experience
  • A proactive and customer focused mindset
