What you’ll do

You’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:

  • You will be responsible for ensuring optimization of internal data empowering our business to make smarter decisions, increasing productivity and profit.
  • You’ll also be responsible for system data health, accurate reporting, overall system integrity and maintain responsibility for property users in order to optimize system usage and create efficiencies.
  • You will lead delivering training programs on system utilization to the staff members along with the support of the Global Sales System and Standards Manager, while providing ongoing support for Sales and Event staff regarding system questions, refreshers and new starter training.
  • You will be responsible for training sales/catering & events teams and relevant finance personnel in use of new Nexus S & C system to optimal levels.
  • You will be logging and communicating any errors or questions with the Global Sales System and Standards Manager.
  • Cooperating with other hotels Sales System Standards Leads, you will ensure smooth transition of the data across DC and will serve as a point of escalation for complex group system requests, as well as acting on the initiatives directed by DC Global Sales Systems and Standards Manager.
  • You will accurately maintain system database, monitor and verify the integrity of the data as we as creating and/or follow daily, weekly and monthly reporting procedures for the sales team.
  • You will audit on quarterly and annual basis for hotel Scorecard and Sales Team goals
  • You will be in charge of the Daily Booking Quality and Data Control, solving and reporting discrepancies to Global Apps team and Global Sales System and Standards Manager
  • You will look after the revision of processes and you will be in charge of maintaining the Sales Standards and Processes with the support of DC Corporate Office
  • You will be responsible of testing new upcoming functionality and gathering feedback from the hotel internal stakeholders
  • You will be in charge of creating new, revising and updating Sales Operating Procedures documentation
