What does the role involve?

Your purpose will be to take care of a customer’s journey once they’ve ordered their new vehicle, until the point of delivery. You’ll start by introducing yourself as a point of contact and keep in touch regularly to update the customer on the status of their vehicle’s build, delivery estimate and any other related matters.

Some of your key duties will include:

  • Acting as a key point of contact for the customer between order and delivery
  • Making sure we receive any outstanding documentation and information
  • Keeping informed of order updates and issues, and ensuring the customer is aware
  • Responding to any concerns or potential complaints in a timely manner

What are we looking for?

You’re enthusiastic about delivering outstanding customer experiences and are naturally inclined to take ownership and want to see things through. You’re someone who prefers to phone customers than send an email wherever possible, because you know the value of personal contact when it comes to building great relationships.

Also, we’re looking for the following:

  • Passion for great customer service
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate, and able to learn new systems quickly
  • Well organised, and able to prioritise tasks
