Role: Sales Support Executive

Location: Birkenhead

Salary: £22,000 – 25,000 DOE

An excellent opportunity has presented itself for a Sales Executive to join a successful and expanding Sales team within a Motor Finance company in Birkenhead. The successful candidate will be responsible for working alongside the Underwriting department to ensure that new applications are underwritten fairly and accurately.

You will also be responsible for responding to dealers and customers in line with company standards and completing relevant credit checks.

Working within a thriving Sales Team you will work with brokers and the underwriting team in this Motor Finance company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure new applications are underwritten fairly, accurately, and efficiently
  • Analyse financial information and make assessments of most appropriate funding solution against lender criteria
  • Complete any necessary credit checks and due diligence for an underwriting decision
  • Respond to dealer and customers queries via telephone and email in a professional and timely manner, following company scripts where required, including answering inbound and making outbound calls as required.
  • Ensure proposals are loaded onto company system completely, accurately and in accordance with GDPR guidelines
  • Ensure data is uploaded onto relevant company system(s) completely, accurately and in accordance with GDPR guidelines
  • Develop and maintain strong dealer and lender relationships
Key Skills And Experience
  • At least 12 months of vehicle leasing experience
  • Excellent communication and listening skills, especially on the telephone
  • A polite and friendly manner
  • Lots of initiative and an ability to think on your feet
  • Telesales/sales/lead generation experience (preferred but not essential)
