You will be responsible for supporting the field based sales team and be the main link between the customer, co-ordinating all the necessary steps with the in-house installations team. You will work closely with the accounts team to synchronise thier actions to support your goals, once you are 100% happy the team have delivered the best service in an amazing and efficient way. You will need to keep in close contact with all of your customers to ensure the after-sales process support is followed and you have constant clear feedback to measure how well we are at hitting important KPI’s for the whole team, collecting and sharing this important information indicating a measurable quality with all your clients and strategic partners.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

  • New business support telephone and email enquiries.
  • Brochure and technical information requests.
  • Preparation of new business quotations.
  • Quotation follow ups.
  • Organising Client premises site surveys.
  • Submitting customer rental and lease contracts.
  • Timed co-ordination and installation of appliances and services for national projects.
  • Existing Customer Care support.
  • After sales customer care support.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Understand business administration.
  • Strong communication and IT fluency.
  • Ability to handle complex projects and Multi task.
  • Ability flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
  • Commercially aware.
  • People person, time orientated, great verbal and written communication skills, excellent math skills, computer literacy, consumer realtions, consumer complaints, crisis management, Reporting submit and ensure data is accurate on weekly progress reports.
