Our client are widely considered to be the South’s leading catering, hygiene and janitorial supplier. The Company continues to meet its expansion targets and in line with its continued growth an Office Administrator vacancy is now offered.The successful candidate will have proven office experience with a strong administration, computer and excel background. They will have the ability to communicate professionally with both clients and suppliers and excellent organisational skills.Experience In Their Sector Is Desirable Although Not Essential.The role is varied and will involve:- Working with the sales team, taking and processing telephone orders if necessary.
  • Communication with suppliers and assisting with Purchasing.
  • Assisting the Managing Director and Managers with day to day tasks and reporting.
  • Working closely with suppliers, managing lead times and the expectations of the sales team
  • The role involves all general office duties to assist in the day to day running and the continued growth of the business.Salary & Benefits:- £21,000 to £24,000 dependent on experience.
