As we expand our operations, we are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to drive growth and build strong relationships within care homes, hospitals, NHS facilities, and private care franchises.

Job Description:

As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling our range of healthcare bedpans to care homes, hospitals, NHS facilities, and private care franchises. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging with key decision-makers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that meet their requirements. Your primary focus will be on generating new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Make sales.

Sign contracts.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the healthcare or medical device industry.

Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of care home, hospital, and NHS procurement processes is desirable.

Valid driver’s license and access to transportation for client visits.
