Job Title: Sales Representative Starting
Salary: £21,000.00 - £23,000.00 OTE: £50k + Base Salary
Location: Paignton Week: 5/7 Monday - Sunday, rotating.
Hours: 9.30am - 6.00pm Contract Type: Permanent / Full time Relocation Option: Onsite accommodation Job Profile Vybe Resource are working with a Prestigious Holiday & Residential company who are currently looking for a Sales Representative to promote the sale of new and used holiday homes and lodges at one of their parks in Paignton.   • Creating, dealing with, and following up on new and existing leads.
  • Ensuring the customer database is updated daily.
  • Building strong relationships with customers, recommending, and demonstrating correct products for their needs.
  • Promoting the park and the local area through local marketing initiatives to generate leads.
  • Preparing and maintaining high standards with all show homes and on-site marketing.
  • Completing sales paperwork, ensuring the sales operation is operating to the standards set out by the site licence and the business You will have:
  • Experience in Sales
  • Commercial awareness
  • Knowledge of MS Office software and CRM software
  • Ability to negotiate and understanding of marketing skills
  • Self-motivated and driven by targets
  • Strong communication skills - including both verbal and written
  • IT skills
  • Numerical skills
