Your Tasks

  • Support the Management and development of customer accounts supporting vitality growth by increasing value added product sales.
  • Liaise with distributors and customers as required within specific reference to supplying product information, supporting training programmes, events and account development support.
  • Liaise with internal and external departments within the EGGER Group to ensure effective and accurate communication, e.g. technical, quality, product and décor innovation and customer and commercial service topics.
  • Build a social media presence and network on line to promote positive awareness of brand, product and décor developments.

Our Requirements

  • Ideally based in Northern Ireland.
  • Degree preferred in Business Studies, Marketing or other related discipline but not essential, however a good standard of secondary education is expected.
  • Experience in a customer facing role would be advantageous.
  • An understanding of the furniture, construction or specification sectors would give you an edge over the competition.
  • Good standard of IT skills and competent use of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook) and knowledge of databases.
  • Good communicator, with excellent attention to detail, and a passion for getting the job done well.
