To ensure we continue to deliver consistency in our sales processes we’re looking for a Sales Quality Assurance and Reporting Advisor to join our Compliance team. You’ll investigate any sales compliance issues by call listening, completing contract reviews and account investigations to assess the validity of the complaint.

Once you’ve got to the root cause of the issue you’ll keep all stakeholders updated with your findings with regular reporting and feedback sessions. You’ll also support with the development of training material to help reduce any repeat issues.

Experience RequiredWe’re looking for confident and enthusiastic individuals with experience dealing with customer contracts in a sales environment. You’ll be comfortable working at a fast-pace and you’re passionate about improving the customer journey through influencing positive change within the department.

Ideally you will have previous experience working in a quality assurance role in the telecoms, water or energy sector however, this is not essential.
