About You

Do you have experience in sales progression or experience in a property sales environment? Are you target driven, and customer focused with excellent negotiating and communication skills? Do you possess the ability to balance multiple processes and demonstrate calm and rational thinking under pressure?

If so, we have a unique and exciting opportunity for you to join our talented National Part Exchange Team as a Sales Progressor. We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated self-starter, who works at pace and has a track record of achieving objectives and a dedicated working style.

You will have proven experience of working to conclude sales and deliver an excellent customer experience to timelines and targets, within a similar role and industry and the ability to learn new policies and procedures quickly and efficiently.

The Role

The post holder will join an existing dynamic and target driven team operating on a national scale and will primarily focus on the purchasing of customer existing properties, the remarketing and reselling of the existing property portfolio and driving resales through to exchange and completion as swiftly as possible, providing accurate forecasting to assist with funding-management.

We are looking for you to be within a commutable distance of our Head Office in Bournemouth.

Key Responsibilities
  • To take ownership of the Part Exchange portfolio, successfully progressing transactions through to satisfactory exchange and completion within the agreed timescales, in line with regional monthly and quarterly targets.
  • To forecast exchange and completion dates precisely, in order to closely manage the funding.
  • Issuing regular reports and updates on the progress of Part Exchange properties to key stakeholders, tracking offers and keeping all computer records fully up to date
  • Assessing customers’ existing properties to determine the suitability for our in-house Part Exchange scheme, analysing market trends to establish saleability and market values.
These are in addition to the core responsibilities of the role.
