Settld is a web application which automates end of life admin. As an early-stage startup, we are proud to have won two COVID relief grants and to have received national TV, radio and press media coverage on the ’Bereavement Standard’ we co-founded with Cruse Bereavement Care. Settld is backed by top International Law Firm, Womble Bond Dickinson, and is already in partnership with some of the biggest utilities, banks and digital service providers in the UK.

We are a group of product, marketing, tech and finance minds, with strong international experience built-in Tech, VC and Startup. What brings us together is the desire to use our brainpower to help others. We are now looking for a Sales and Partnership Manager to join our fast-growing team.

Tasks
The right candidate to come on board will be instrumental in building sales traction and developing strategic relationships. Key activities will involve:
  • Working closely with the founding team to drive business and sales strategy
  • Building, managing and leading the Sales team and driving the business forward
  • Developing and managing new and existing strategic partnerships Identifying, generating and converting B2B leads as well as proactive management of the sales pipeline and reporting thereof
  • Acting as our ambassador in online seminars/roundtables and leading MVP demos
  • Providing frontline feedback to the product, marketing, and tech teams


Requirements

You are someone with:
  • Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills, with the personal stature and gravitas necessary to build strong personal relationships and credibility at all levels
  • Strong commercial focus with 5+ years of experience in a SaaS/Tech environment
  • Proven success in a Sales or Partnership role with strong commercial acumen and solid judgment
  • Highly positive, and proactive attitude coupled with an equal measure of tenacity and resilience
  • The desire to achieve targets and close deals. You are metrics-driven and able to build, interpret and use reporting incisively to make decisions, drive the business and build consensus
  • The ambition to build and manage a team delivering positive results directly and through others. 5+ years of team leadership experience in a sales and account management environment that involves hiring, coaching, and developing team members
  • Strong working knowledge of CRM systems and how to utilize them to drive efficiency and effectiveness
