Sales Order Processor. Trowbridge. £19651 per annum. 40 hours per week. 28 days annual leave. Pension. Working Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. Free parking. On site canteen A position for a sales order processor has become available at one of the South Wests leading clothing wholesalers As a sales order processor you will be a crucial part of the sales team, ensuring orders are processed in a timely and accurate manner whilst providing exceptional levels of customer care. The sales order processor is responsible for the following. Supporting customers via telephone and email Responding to customer enquiries, providing excellent levels of customer service. Processing customer orders in a timely fashion to achieve internal and external KPIs. Administrative support which includes mailbox management, ensuring the databases are maintained and up to date. Liaising with internal and external departments to ensure delivery requirements are fulfilled on time.The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent customer service abilities, with experience within a busy, sales-driven environment. The key objective of the position is to guarantee customer satisfaction while fulfilling orders quickly and accurately. To achieve this you will need to be adept at organising and prioritising your work-load, with the flexibility to multi-task with accuracy. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential, alongside the capability to learn new processes and systems with ease.If you have previous experience in customer service and sales administration, then joining this friendly, diverse company could be the perfect opportunity to advance your career within their sales team.
