An exciting vacancy has arisen within our Internal Sales team for a Sales Operations Analyst to join. Reporting directly to the Sales Operations Manager, the main purpose of this role is to deliver operational excellence through system and process improvements managed directly and indirectly by the Internal Sales team whilst supporting the Sales Operations manager with the coordination and implementation of the UK price increase process for all selling divisions of Baxi UK.

As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will:

  • Identify improvements to pricing and discounting structures held within our ERP system M3, highlighting inaccuracies in data & inconsistencies in setup and customer terms.
  • Support the maintenance of price files and discount structures held in our ERP system.
  • Actively support and manage internal sales improvement projects.
  • Provide reporting and data analysis to support the customer support manager in identifying additional training needs and corrective action planning.
  • Participate and coordinate plans on “call quality monitoring” with all functions of the internal sales team.
  • Liaise with Team managers on outcomes, and potential training requirements.
  • Identify improvements within the sales order processes through data analysis and call quality monitoring. Work collaboratively with customer support manager to develop and deliver improvement plans, providing measures of success.
  • Support the commercial administrator on invoice query management and resolving credit queries where required.
  • Identify process improvements and new ways of workings through query resolution, develop and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurring errors arising.
  • Work with IT to drive change, improved system functionality, changes to sales applications, increased usage of EDI, customer portals, telephony.
  • Ensure adherence to internal control and audit processes.
  • Provide system support and training to internal sales team to ensure consistent working practices.
  • Review & maintain internal sales process documents and standard operating procedures.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in an internal sales-based role, or similar.
  • Process Improvement
  • Involvement in Project based activity
  • Systems & data analysis techniques
  • Problem solving, and query management experience.
  • Customer focused, with excellent communication skills
  • Commercially astute, understands finance
  • Be able to demonstrate excellent organisation
