Our client, a family run, highly successful business is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join their welcoming, stable team!

This will be a highly varied role which will require an organised individual who is happy to work across different parts of the business, contributing to the success overall!

  • Long Eaton, 100% office based
  • £22,000 - £23,000 per annum
  • Full time, permanent - Mon - Fri (8:30-5:00)

Responsibilities:

General office administration, to include:

  • Filing
  • Processing invoices
  • Basic Sales & Purchase Ledger duties
  • Assisting with overall order processing and administration
  • Speaking to customers, assisting in relevant departments where necessary (B2B)

Skills:

  • Experience in a similar role isessential
  • Confident, able to multi-task effectively
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Understanding of basic accounting functions
