Our client, a family run, highly successful business is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join their welcoming, stable team!
This will be a highly varied role which will require an organised individual who is happy to work across different parts of the business, contributing to the success overall!
- Long Eaton, 100% office based
- £22,000 - £23,000 per annum
- Full time, permanent - Mon - Fri (8:30-5:00)
Responsibilities:
General office administration, to include:
- Filing
- Processing invoices
- Basic Sales & Purchase Ledger duties
- Assisting with overall order processing and administration
- Speaking to customers, assisting in relevant departments where necessary (B2B)
Skills:
- Experience in a similar role isessential
- Confident, able to multi-task effectively
- Strong MS Office skills
- Understanding of basic accounting functions
