Coulter Elite are recruting for a self-motivated Sales Negotiator with a strong go-getter attitude to join a well-established and sought after Estate Agent in the lincolnshire town of Bourne.

The Role Will Involve
  • Registering clients and understanding their property needs.
  • Booking viewings which will mainly be accompanied by you.
  • Arranging FREE valuations.
  • Negotiating offers.
  • Providing regular feedback and client updates each week.
  • Financial Services Referrals
  • Conveyancing Referrals (solicitors)
  • Stage 1 Sales Progression
  • Property finding for waiting buyers on your database
