- Kidderminster - £22k - £27k depending on experience

My client is a very established multi branch independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand who have been a leading name in the area for over 100 years. They offer a traditional Estate Agency service providing a first class service to all their clients. A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their team in Kidderminster. This role would primarily involve preparation of sales brochures, conducting viewings, dealing with offers, negotiation, sales progression and vendor relationship management. This a full time permanent role with an opportunity for further development going forward.

The Role
  • Registering applicants
  • Booking and carrying out viewings
  • Booking market appraisals
  • Negotiating offers
  • Administration of files and sales in accordance with legislation
  • Preparing Sales Brochures
  • Generating new business for other areas of the company
  • Vendor care
Skills Required:
  • Previous Estate Agency experience
  • Presentable.
  • Full UK driving license and use of own car.
  • A proactive team player.
Working Hours - Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm and alternate Saturdays 9am - 12.30pm paid at time and a half.
