Our client, an award-winning and market-leading Estate Agency. Providing only the very best customer service, with a friendly and transparent approach. Are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Negotiator to join their thriving team.

Our client is offering the successful Sales Negotiator:

  • £22,000 - £23,000 basic salary
  • £30,000 OTE
  • Company pool car available to use when needed
  • Commission

Working hours:

  • Monday to Friday 8:45 am – 5:30 pm
  • Every other Saturday (with the time owed back in lieu)

As a Sales Negotiator, your role will involve the following:

  • Successfully negotiating offers
  • Offering the best customer service
  • Making lots of calls, generating new business and providing help and advice to our customers during their move
  • Working well independently and within a team
  • Registering applicants and greeting customers
  • Progress sales through to completion
  • Conduct viewings with potential buyers
  • Canvassing to generate new business
  • Generate and arrange valuations
  • Follow-up leads over the phone and face-to-face
  • Driving business

To be considered for the role of Sales Negotiator you must have:

  • Experience as a Sales negotiator
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Target driven
  • Ability to generate business
  • Thrive in a competitive market
  • UK driving license
  • Customer orientated
  • Brilliant customer service
