Sales Negotiator

Due to continued growth a fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our client who are and award winning Estate and Lettings agency based in Bradford on Avon . You will be joining a forward thinking company where development and progression will be available across the company.

We are looking for someone with previous experience in estate agency or lettings however transferable sales skills will be considered.

Sales Negotiator Duties

  • Register applications with a details understanding of their requirements
  • Arrange and carry out viewings
  • Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
  • Involvement with the sales progression/conveyancing
  • Dealing with third party contacts to assist with their enquiries such as surveyors, photographers, energy assessors
  • Updating the database whether it’s adding or removing contacts, updating their details regarding change of address, contact number or search criteria

Sales Negotiator Skills

  • Excellent communicator
  • Genuine interest with in the property industry
  • Able to build working relationships
  • Great time keeping and organisational skills
  • Previous experience working in sales or towards targets
  • Driver’s license and own car

Sales Negotiator Package

  • Monday - Friday 9am-6pm (1 in 2 Saturdays 9am - 4pm) Day in lieu when Saturday is worked
  • £20,000 Basic OTE £26,000 - £28,000
  • 20 Days Holiday + Bank holidays
  • On street parking

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £21,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
