Are you an experienced Sales Negotiator looking to join a well known estate agents with a commission scheme in place?BMC Recruitment Group are delighted to be working alongside a well known estate agents in the Ripon area who are looking to recruit a Sales Negotiator on a full time permanent contract with a 1% commission scheme in place.Specific duties & responsibilities:- Front of house greeting all visitors to the branch- Registering applicants and maintaining records- Arranging viewing appointments and gaining feedback- Negotiating with potential buyers- Obtaining local market information to assist with Market Appraisals- Assisting the Branch Manager with launching properties to the market- Liaising with the Marketing Department and providing them withcontent- Achieving sales targets- Meeting financial services referral targets- Providing support to Sales Progression teamPerson specification:- Experience in estate agency and a NAEA qualification preferred but not- essential, but sound knowledge of and experience in sales and customerservice necessary- Strong communicator; friendly, outgoing with a professional telephone- manner- Excellent standard of written English language and attention to detail- Good IT skills and ability to adapt to new technologies- Experience and general knowledge of Microsoft Office- Ability to prioritise a busy workload and meet deadlines- Proactive and problem-solving approach to tasks- Ability to work within a team- Ideally a car owner with a full UK driving licence- Front of house with a positive can-do attitudeWorking Days and Benefits:- Monday to Friday and every other Saturday. 9.00am - 5.30pm Monday to- Thursday, 9.00am to 5.00pm Fridays and 9.00am to 1.00pm on Saturdays.With up to one hour for lunch- Wellbeing programme- Employee referral scheme- Auto-enrolment pension scheme with Aviva- Sickness pay- 25 days holiday plus statutory bank holidays- Company charity events- Funding to complete further development such as the Level 3 Estate Agencyqualification should the role become permanent
