We require an experienced Sales Negotiator/Administrator with excellent customer service skills. The successful applicant will have the ability to efficiently manage specific administrative requirements within a busy office environment (which feed in to our central administration process) in addition to negotiating with clients in the sale and purchase of property and carrying out out property viewings where required. This primarily office based role provides support to the local sales team and requires the ability to work to targets across various disciplines. Own vehicle required.
Full-time working hours are Monday to Friday and alternate Saturday morning. Superb opportunity to join our successful team at Merthyr Tydfil, part of the Bidmead Cook Group, which is an independent estate agency business covering South Wales, Monmouthshire and Herefordshire.
Salary plus commission.
