Due to continued growth and success in brining on new customers a position has opened up for a Workday Adaptive Planning Sales Manager, to be fully responsible for one or more regions from within our Workday Adaptive Planning practice across EMEA.

As Workday Adaptive Planning Sales Manager for territories within Kainos EMEA, you will be accountable for all Workday Adaptive planning, new business and Workday Planning add-on account sales to maximise sales opportunities within your given region. You will also have overall accountability for the new customer sales process within the territory. You will need to report accurately on account activity, plans, opportunities, margin, etc during the sales process. You will put deals together that meet sales, revenue and profitability objectives, and ensure that the work contracted is compatible with Kainos’s strategy and goals.

Minimum (essential) Requirements
  • Your currently in a cloud-based product/ application senior sales role.
  • You’ve exceeded your assigned quota in a similar role, with 3 years+ professional sales experience. We believe that high performers have a track record of success.
  • It’s crucial that you you’re selling successfully to medium to large enterprise customers now and broad experience in a technology market with a proven track record of delivering against targets (quarterly and annually) with the ability to plan and meet deadlines in accordance with business requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation, including executive and C-level with ability to build strong working relationships with senior stakeholders along with strong leadership and influencing skills – the ability to lead a bid team.
  • Ability to successfully mentor, coach and develop intermediate sales staff in all aspects of their role.
  • Ability to operate in a highly competitive and pressurised environment, with the ability to create sales strategies and an account plan that ensure success in winning multi-million deals and recognising that such sales campaigns may need to be built up over an extended period of time along with strong opportunity qualification skills and networking skills. Acting as a leader internally and externally, displaying a professional, credible and positive image and attitude for Kainos.
  • Excellent negotiation skills, both from a commercial and contract perspective as well as resolving escalations and diffusing issues along with the ability to articulate a complex proposition in a concise and compelling way and excellent presentation skills.
  • Strong financial management skills with a track record of managing finances in a professional services context.
Desirable
  • Experience of selling Enterprise Planning Solutions of a similar scale and complexity.
  • A second European Language.
  • An appreciation and knowledge of technology delivery, agile methodologies, etc. to a) communicate our approach to customers and b) ensure that we chase and contract work that is appropriate for Kainos.
  • Prior ERP and Planning experience is not an absolute requirement, although knowledge of the office of the CFO is advantageous.
