What will you be doing?


We have an exciting position for a Sales Manager to join our VGE Sales team. In this role you will be leading a team within the Manufacturing & Logistics vertical with a total annual revenue up to € 65m, managing a team of 9 Global/National Account Managers.


  • Deliver against annual revenue and TCV targets while keeping operational expenses of team to budgeted levels
  • Personally involved to win and retain large and/or complex accounts as well as to develop and maintain strategic relationships
  • Engages in creating new revenue streams from new products, via partnerships and by selling through accounts (b2b2c/b2b2b)
  • Guarantees team compliance with sales methods and tools (particularly SFDC) to ensure alignment with other functions
  • Provide ongoing coaching and support to team members to build individual and organisational sales capabilities
  • Ensuring diversity and attrition targets within sales teams are met

Who are we looking for?

  • Experience leading sales teams and a proven track record selling into Global or Large complex accounts
  • Track record of success in leading diverse, teams in matrix organisations
  • Ability to think strategically and drive transformational sales programmes
  • Intercultural awareness and experience
  • Able to deal with a rapidly changing environment and able to lead change where necessary
  • Capable of working for projects in a matrix-organisation
  • Managing C-Level within customer and Vodafone (for major accounts with revenues or revenue potential above €30m p.a.)
  • Strong influencing skills both internally and with customers
