We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and managing our homeware department. If you have a strong background in retail and possess exceptional leadership skills, we want to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth for the homeware department.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance, coaching, and training to ensure their success.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyse sales data, and identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service is delivered at all times.
  • Stay updated on current fashion trends, market competition, and customer preferences to make informed business decisions.
  • Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to create appealing displays and maximise the store’s visual impact.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members, fostering their professional growth.
  • Coordinate with other departments such as purchasing, inventory, and marketing to ensure smooth operations and effective promotional campaigns.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the homeware or fashion industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of fashion trends, brands, and customer preferences.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a track record of successfully managing and motivating a sales team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
