Sales Ledger/ Credit controller

£20,800 - £22,880 per annum

My client, a local and very well-established family business are seeking to recruit a Sales Ledger/ Credit Controller to join them on a permanent basis at their Head Office, based on the outskirts of Newton Abbot.

Working as part of a friendly team you will be expected to undertake the following:

  • Ensuring credit and collection policy and procedures are followed
  • Liaising with customers and sales team
  • Processing Banking onto Ledgers
  • Dealing with ledger queries
  • Communicating with customers via Phone, Email and letter

In order to be considered you must have:

  • Previous experience of working in a similar position
  • Advanced Excel skills - pivot tables, lookups, macros
  • Excellent communication skills and be a strong team player
  • Ability to work as a team as well as individually
