This is a 12-month maternity cover role with a strong likelihood to go long term for the right person. The role is based near Wilmslow and will be looking to get started in the next 4 weeks.

The role is working with a high growth PE backed marketing business that works in an exciting area of the global market that companies like Amazon are even looking at.

The role is a brilliant opportunity to work across both the sales and finance team and gain some brilliant exposure to grow experience in the commercial finance space.

The Responsibilities Of This Role Will Include
  • Supporting the sales team with the preparation of booking forms
  • Inputting and maintaining commercial contracts within the finance system
  • Managing available inventory within the finance system, including the allocation of sales to stock
  • Prepare weekly data for sales team
  • Creating, sending and following up on customer invoices
  • Preparing revenue forecasts then ultimately transacting and reconciling the revenue recognition as part of the month end process
  • Manage client recharges with the respective teams and ensure balances are reconciled within the accounts
  • Maintain a tracker for all contracted sales within the UK business
  • Preparation of ad hoc business reports, including timesheet profitability analysis and various sales reports
  • Supporting the Senior Financial Controller in the preparation of management and statutory reporting
The Skills The Business Are Looking For Include
  • Worked in a finance or sales admin role for circa 12 months
  • Finance & accounting/maths graduate
  • Genuine interest in building a career in finance
  • Strong IT & Excel experience is beneficial
