Sales Executive (Trainee)

As someone who may be a recent school leaver or looking for your first sales role, if you have a passion for the construction industry and a flair for customer service, you could become a fantastic Sales Executive.

SOME SALES EXPERIENCE IS PREFERRED, BUT NOT ESSENTIAL FOR THIS ROLE AS FULL TRAINING IS PROVIDED, WE ARE HIRING FOR PERSONALITY AND TRAINING FOR SKILL

Sales Executive (Trainee) Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business by following up web enquires and quotes in a timely and effective way.
  • Meeting monthly sales targets.
  • Exceptional organisation and housekeeping of sales pipeline & Stroma CRM.
  • Promote the full range of Stroma services.
  • Contact lapsed clients to gain new work.
  • Work closely with other departments/teams to manage clients’ expectations and lead to a final satisfactory outcome.

Sales Executive (Trainee) Requirements:

  • The drive and ambition to succeed.
  • A committed and hard working approach.
  • Experience in a customer facing role is desirable but not essential.
  • Ability to work well in a team.
  • The social skills to instantly build rapport over the phone.
  • The ability to work independently.

Contract type: Permanent

Hours: 40 hours per week

Base Salary: NMW (Plus bonus OTE £3,600 per annum)
