We make and supply kitchen, bathroom and bedroom furniture into the new build and affordable housing sector as well as a number of retail brands, which are sold in independent retailers throughout the UK. In addition, we manufacture furniture for builders merchants, large DIY stores and directly to individual customers.

Reporting to the Key Account Director, the role provides an excellent opportunity for a customer focused and sales minded and ambitious individual who has an ambition to work towards becoming a competent Key Account Manager and a future star.

Key Skills:

· Build relationships at all levels within regional head offices with a focus on Customer Care and QS teams.

· Build relationships with site teams and sales advisors on active projects to ensure the implementation journey is positive.

· Support Key Account Manager by shadowing in senior level meetings to develop relationships.

· Distribute sales and site materials and documents where necessary.

· Actively understand promote Moores extranet system MiView. Advocate for use adoption within relevant customer base.

· Shadow Project Managers to gain detailed operational understanding.

· Help to drive growth of revenue and margin in line with business budgets set by KADs and KAMs.

· Input into annual and quarterly sales build program forecast process.

· Input into long term business planning process – including annual forecast and budget setting potential.

· Assist with and input into maintenance of regional key account plans including objective setting and intervention identification.

· Attend and prepare updates for regular 1-2-1s focusing on areas relevant to key business objectives.

Previous experience:

· Sales mindset with extensive customer facing (either in-field or remote) experience preferred.

· Diligent and detailed with an appreciation of the importance of process.

· Relationship builder with a demonstrable history of overcoming complex client situations.

· Ability to interface and influence internal colleagues and teams.

· A creative and engaging presenter able to influence colleagues and clients to deliver objectives.
