The company is undergoing an exciting period of growth, with multiple roles now being available to support the existing team in achieving the company mission of being the best brand in vehicle security.

As a business, we distribute systems to our authorised dealers and install on site for customers in need of security or convenience upgrades.

We are taking over the industry with the aim to constantly evolve, offering the latest technology to create the best products and service possible whilst expanding rapidly.

This role will involve warm/hot leads being converted into installs at Pandora HQ, or for our dealers across the UK.

You will be responsible for:

• Inbound/outbound sales calls

• Customer enquiries through multiple social media channels

• Making bookings

• Closing sales
• Up selling relevant products

• Customer service

• Achieving weekly and monthly KPI’s

• Assisting wider sales team (this could involve copywriting, marketing videos, web design, content creation, distribution sales, dealer training, influencer management, forums or similar).

The successful applicant could also be given the opportunity to:
-Progress into trade sales, finding and recruiting the best dealers available in the UK/USA and aiding them in training or selling the Pandora systems.
-Feature in marketing videos for our social media
-Find and manage new and existing influencers
-Manage forums or groups with sales or marketing opportunities

A successful applicant will:

• Have a positive attitude, being able to stay focused and continue to perform under pressure

• Have great grammar and English literature.
• Have experience in sales and customer service
• Be willing to learn the technology of the products and learn troubleshooting for customer help/support
• Have good literacy and grammar, as most of the role will be communicating with customers over the phone or through writing

• Be committed to learn and improve within a niche industry

• Be motivated by figures and set goals, constantly looking to overachieve

• Be organised and self-motivated

• Be flexible, with some weekends or long days necessary when travelling or during busy periods

Working hours:
Monday to Saturday
09:00-17:00

Must have a valid drivers licence. applicants submitting without completing assessments provided, show relevant experience on their CV or without a cover letter, maybe overlooked.

Salary: £18,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
