New Car Sales Executive

We are expanding again and have a great opportunity for an IT savvy, hardworking, money oriented, organized sales exec to join our team at Ponthir In Hereford.

WHO ARE WE?
We are a super-fast paced privately owned multi franchise dealership who are serious about selling large volumes of new and used cars while delighting our customers. We also pay very well.
If you are well organized and regularly have the highest sales in your sales team, but don’t feel you are meeting your potential either personally or financially, we’d like to talk to you.

We represent Renault, Jeep, Fiat, Abarth And Suzuki for new cars and have a large and growing multi brand used car operation. We trust our sales team to sell all new brands in addition to used cars but are happy for them to specialize if they wish.
We operate from modern premises on the A49 Just outside Hereford. HR2 8BT and prefer that our staff live within twenty miles of the dealership to ensure a good work life balance.
We will provide full product training.

• You must build and maintain great relationships with existing and new customers to maximize future sales
• You must be able to complete sales by overcoming objections and be comfortable with negotiation.
• You must sell additional dealership services to add value for our customers.
• You will be expected to raise the profile and good reputation of the dealership at all times.

WORKING HOURS:
8.30am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday.
Saturday 9.00am to 5.00pm
Sunday 11am to 4pm.
One week day off each week plus one in three weekends off.

PAY & BENEFITS:
• Salary: Basic salary and super-transparent pay plan. OTE 28K to 45k uncapped.
• Company car (subject to insurance restrictions due to age and points on your license).

In house sales and product training
• 21 days holiday per annum including 8 statutory Bank Holidays
• Lieu days for working Bank Holidays
• Contributory Pension Scheme
• Death in service Benefit
